TESS 2026: Marking 10 Years of Bold Ideas and Sector Collaboration
Today, eCampusOntario officially launched its call for proposals for the tenth anniversary of its annual flagship event, the Technology and Education Seminar and Showcase (TESS).
Each year TESS brings together more than 500 attendees from across Ontario’s postsecondary sector. Educators, administrators, librarians, instructional designers, government and industry leaders gather to celebrate successes, share ideas and help shape what’s next in digital learning.
eCampusOntario has invited the postsecondary community to submit session proposals for the event. It will offer two full days of interactive sessions, presentations, hands-on workshops, and opportunities to meet with colleagues from across the sector.
Join us at TESS November 12 and 13, 2026 at The Quay in Toronto.
The deadline to submit a proposal is June 17 at 5:00pm ET.
This year’s theme, Human by Design, focuses on designing digital futures that work for learners. As TESS celebrates ten years of bold ideas and collaboration, we invite proposals that reimagine what’s possible when technology starts with human needs. Digital education can augment traditional learning and provide human benefits for learners, such as accessibility, flexibility, affordability, currently unavailable through traditional methods alone. We will explore how through expanding the reach and improving the focus of education we better equip learners with the skills that prepare them to impact a better future.
Human by Design is about creating learning experiences that are empowering and where innovations are both new and meaningful.
