The Quay – Venue and Accessibility Information
From Campus to Capability: Participate in the Defence Innovation Ecosystem will be held at The Quay, located at 100 Queens Quay E 3rd Floor, Toronto, ON M5E 1V3. If you are travelling using public transit and expect you may experience accessibility barriers when travelling from Union Station to the Quay, please email us at communications@ecampusontario.ca for support.
The Quay is located in a wheelchair accessible building with barrier-free washrooms. Seating will be reserved for individuals with accessibility needs, offering larger seating areas and accessible pathways. A member of the eCampusOntario team will be available throughout the conference to assist guests with accessibility related inquiries.
Some of the accessibility features of the venue are:
- Automatic or wide-entry doors
- Accessible path from parking to entrance
- Elevators from the main lobby to the 3rd floor where the event will take place
- Accessible restrooms on the floor of the event
- Accessible parking spaces located at P3 right next to the exits
- Reserved accessible seating areas in all rooms
- Clear, wide pathways throughout the venue
