Enhanced eCampusOntario Micro-credentials Portal streamlines career mobility
eCampusOntario’s enhancements to the popular Micro-credentials Portal will help job seekers and workers discover personalized, skills-based pathways to in-demand jobs. The improved portal empowers individuals with a personal portfolio of near-match, short-duration learning pathways leading to skill-based career possibilities for their next role.
Powered by a new partnership with the Conference Board of Canada and funded by the Future Skills Centre, the enhancements link labour market data with the Micro-credentials Portal to help individuals unlock their potential by recommending micro-credentials that can take them to their next career level and flag those that align with in-demand jobs. The Portal was developed and is maintained by funding from the Government of Ontario.
Enhancements to the portal launched this month and it is available to anyone who wants to learn more about trends in high-demand careers and the micro-credentials and other education pathways to help them with their next career moves, whether to rise in their current roles or leap to a new future.
