Currently serving as Country Manager for La Rosée Cosmétiques Canada, Solange Strom brings more than 25 years of experience leading growth, brand transformation, and retail expansion across North America.

Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership roles with internationally recognized brands including Boiron, L’Occitane en Provence, and Repetto Paris across Canada and the United States. Notably, she served as CEO of L’Occitane Canada, where she played a key role in expanding the company’s national retail and wholesale operations and pioneering its early omni-channel strategy in Canada. She later served as CEO USA & Canada for Repetto Paris, overseeing the company’s North American retail, wholesale, and growth strategy.

Passionate about mentoring the next generation of retail leaders, Ms. Strom also serves as a guest lecturer in Leadership in Retail at the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University.

Born in France, she remains deeply committed to supporting the French community in Canada through her longstanding volunteer involvement. She is the former Chair of the Board of the French Chamber of Commerce in Toronto and currently serves as President of the Board of the Alliance Française de Toronto. She is also a recipient of France’s Ordre national du Mérite.
