Michelle Aarons (MMIE, Smith School of Business – Queen’s University) is the Executive Director, Programs and Partnerships at York University’s School of Continuing Studies, where she works at the intersection of program strategy, partnerships, and workforce-aligned learning. She brings a system-level perspective to micro-credentials and lifelong learning through her sector leadership, including as President-Elect of the Canadian Association for University Continuing Education (CAUCE), as well as through service on provincial executive committees and sector working groups. A TEDx speaker, Michelle is known for bringing people together through thoughtful, authentic conversations that challenge assumptions, connect policy and practice, and advance fresh, creative thinking in service of learners and employers.
