TESS 2024 Venue Accessibility Information

The Toronto Reference Library is a wheelchair accessible building including the main entrance and barrier-free washrooms. We will have tables dedicated to those with accessibility needs, with spacious aisles to access them. These tables will have extra space for people who have mobility aids. We will have a dedicated person from the eCampusOntario team who will be available to support all guests with accessibility needs.

Real time captioning will be provided for all sessions on the main stage.

Please note that we do not have parking on-site – there is street parking on Asquith Avenue and the parking garage, also located on Asquith Ave, has accessible parking.

The Toronto Reference Library is an accessible venue,
some of the features are:

• Accessible parking available at the Indigo parking garage on Asquith Avenue (can also access from 2 Bloor Street East)
• Accessible entrance is located at the main entrance of the Toronto Reference Library, on the Yonge Street side.
• Elevators are located on level 1 and will take guests to Level 2 for the Appel Salon
• Accessible washroom located within the Appel Salon
• Accessible ramp is available for the stage
