User Guide for Service Providers
View user guide for OEX service providers
What are ‘connections’?
Connections are like tokens that enable project leads to connect with a service provider. Each project will receive 5 “connections”. If a service provider has chosen not to accept the connection, it will automatically be returned to that project. A service provider has 10 days to accept or decline a connection request, after this time period the connection will expire automatically and be returned to that project.
How do different types of service providers appear on OEX?
Service providers on the OEX platform must be approved through the RFSQ (Request for Supplier Qualification) process.
Service providers that have agreed to work on both Service Provider support (SPS) and Project Management and Service Provider support (PMSPS) projects appear highlighted in green with a check mark symbol.
Service providers that have agreed to work on only SPS projects appear as non-highlighted service providers.
Service providers that have agreed to work on only PMSPS projects appear as non-highlighted service providers that are indicated by the ‘PMSPS exclusive’ label. A service provider can select this label during the initial set up of their profile (in step 1), refer to user guide for further instructions.
