Les recommandations \u00e0 l\u2019intention des \u00e9tablissements comprennent d\u2019afficher tous les programmes d\u2019AIT dans un format accessible de base, de tenir \u00e0 jour des listes de technologies, d\u2019\u00e9quipements et d\u2019applications qu\u2019ils peuvent sugg\u00e9rer aux \u00e9tudiants et aux employeurs, et de veiller \u00e0 ce que les sites Web soient <a href=\"https:\/\/www.w3.org\/WAI\/standards-guidelines\/wcag\/fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">conformes aux R\u00e8gles pour l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 des contenus Web\u202f(WCAG) 2.0\u202fniveau AA<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center p-4 has-black-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-1b40d32c65a06ad0f6a1dbfb61d87de2\" style=\"background-color:#fade8230\">\u201cLes \u00e9tudiants en situation de handicap se heurtent \u00e0 de multiples obstacles pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l\u2019apprentissage int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au travail\u202f\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Val Walker, PDG de la TRAES. \u00ab\u202fDans le contexte de la vision de la TRAES pour cr\u00e9er un Canada prosp\u00e8re o\u00f9 chacun a la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser son potentiel, nous soutenons le perfectionnement des approches num\u00e9riques qui simplifient les processus et garantissent une participation \u00e0 l\u2019AIT plus rapide et plus accessible.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon les donn\u00e9es les plus r\u00e9centes de l\u2019Enqu\u00eate canadienne sur l\u2019incapacit\u00e9 (2022), environ 8\u202fmillions de Canadiens (soit 27\u202f% de la population \u00e2g\u00e9e de plus de 15\u202fans) ont au moins un handicap. De plus, le taux de handicap chez les jeunes Canadiens \u00e2g\u00e9s de 15 \u00e0 24\u202fans a augment\u00e9 depuis 2017.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ce qui concerne la participation \u00e0 la population active, le taux d\u2019emploi des personnes en situation de handicap (de 25 \u00e0 64\u202fans) a l\u00e9g\u00e8rement augment\u00e9 depuis 2017. Toutefois, la disparit\u00e9 des taux d\u2019emploi demeure, 62\u202f% des adultes en situation de handicap en \u00e2ge de travailler \u00e9tant employ\u00e9s, par rapport 78\u202f% des adultes n\u2019ayant pas de handicap (Statistique Canada, 2023a).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le rapport fournit une piste pr\u00e9cieuse pour garantir que les soutiens \u00e0 l\u2019AIT sont accessibles. Cela permettra d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les taux de participation au march\u00e9 du travail des personnes en situation de handicap.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p-5 mt-5 mb-5 has-black-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-9d870dc260524f960d47fc5912e88f55\" style=\"background-color:#fade8230\">\u201cL\u2019apprentissage int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au travail ouvre la voie \u00e0 des emplois int\u00e9ressants en offrant une exp\u00e9rience pratique\u202f\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Matthew McKean, Matthew\u202fMcKean, directeur de la recherche et du d\u00e9veloppement de la TRAES. \u00ab\u202fLes \u00e9tablissements et les employeurs doivent travailler ensemble pour adapter les pratiques, les politiques et les comp\u00e9tences du personnel aux besoins divers des \u00e9tudiants en situation de handicap de sorte qu\u2019ils ne soient pas exclus de l\u2019AIT.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns mt-4 is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>Le nouveau rapport conclut \u00e9galement que les \u00e9tudiants de l\u2019AIT s\u2019abstiennent souvent de divulguer leur handicap et d\u00e9fendent peu leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats, par crainte des st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes et de la discrimination. Les employeurs ont indiqu\u00e9 que leurs ressources pour soutenir les \u00e9tudiants issus de milieux divers sont souvent peu d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es ou inexistantes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ce qui concerne les \u00e9tudiants postsecondaires en situation de handicap, il existe une disparit\u00e9 notable dans la participation des Ontariens en situation de handicap \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement postsecondaire par rapport \u00e0 ceux n\u2019ayant pas de handicap.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement au rapport, eCampusOntario a lanc\u00e9 un outil sur ChatGPT pour aider les utilisateurs \u00e0 trouver rapidement les informations qu\u2019ils recherchent dans le document.
